These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quantum Pages AI, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and AI-powered SEO and site-building tools (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled during the trial period. Refund eligibility is described at checkout and in your plan documentation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, malware, or deceptive content intended to manipulate search rankings in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, scrape credentials, or interfere with Service availability.
• Resell or white-label the Service except where expressly permitted by your Agency plan agreement.

4. AI-generated content

Outputs produced by our AI tools may require human review before publication. You retain responsibility for verifying accuracy, compliance, and suitability of content deployed to your websites or client properties.

5. Intellectual property

Quantum Pages AI retains all rights in the platform, models, workflows, and branding. You retain ownership of content and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Third-party integrations

Connections to WordPress, cloud hosts, analytics providers, and other third-party services are subject to those providers' terms. We are not liable for outages or policy changes on third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes, traffic levels, or revenue results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or abusive usage patterns. Upon termination, export rights for your data are available for 30 days where technically feasible.
